However, the licenses are annual renewals, and cannot be bought for a temporary block of time. We have tools that allow us to tell how much bandwidth your employees are utilizing. The average is 1mb per second, per user. Therefore, if you have a 25mb connection, then only 25 employees can be using the VPN service simultaneously. Be realistic in your capacity planning as to how many employees can work remotely at the same time. Our VPNs are set up so that VPN traffic is not backhauled through the internet, so people are not using this service to view Netflix, Gaming etc. Please contact us if you have a licensing request or other additional questions at 804-368-0421 option #2, or email helpdesk@richweb.com NOTE: If your company does NOT have the VPN service already with us, this is not a quick fix. This will take several hours of work from one of our engineers, and we are servicing these requests in the order they are received.
